Who I Am

So who am I?

I’m a 25 year old male that likes his electronic toys too much. Namely Xbox 360 and PC although I hope to be adding a Playstation 3 to that lineup sometime soon. I work for a Yorkshire based supermarket sat on tills 39 hours per week. Not exciting but for now it pays the bills and allows me to play games and run a nice car. Therefore I’m happy.

I also have a wide and varied taste in films, music and books. Favourite music artists include Deep Purple, Motörhead, Metallica, Pantera, Queen, Tenacious D and of course the might Iron Maiden \m/

Books on the whole I prefer the forensic investigation and action/adventure books. Authors I like are Clive Cussler, Stephen Leather, Karin Slaughter, Jeffery Deaver and Mick Foley.

Filmwise? I’m an action/adventure type of guy. Big manly explosions and lots of guns going off are the order of the day. Having said which theres nothing wrong with a good horror flick every now and again. Comedy is a little bit of an iffy one for me as it needs to be done right.

I’m also a fan of the serialised drama/action and thriller shows that are airing on TV these days. My all time favourites are 24, Alias and Bones. However through the people I talk to both online and at work I have ended up with may more shows to watch. When I look back at the number of different shows I have watched and the number of episodes of each it quite frankly scares me. Here’s a little list:

So there we are – all the shows I’m interested in. Some have been prematurely axed (Jericho) and some have been allowed to run to long (The Simpsons). Still they all give me good laughs/shocks and entertainment than going out and getting drunk.
